Self Introduction:

I come from the biggest city in China, Shanghai. Just like holding great enthusiasm for art since my childhood, I am now dedicating myself in physics, enjoying the wonder of physics in detecting, altering and building of a micro world. I'm also eager to build a bridge between physics and medicines, benefiting more people with modern magic physics and making them healthier.

Education Background:

M.Sc. in Medical Physics:
Apr. 2006, University of Heidelberg, Germany
Thesis title: Basic Research on Bone Ablation by a Femtosecond Laser: Studies for the Improvement of Knee Joint Replacement Surgery

B.E in Biomedical Engineering:
June 2005, Shanghai Jiaotong University, China
Thesis title: Research on the improvement of laser type and irradiation mode of Laser Thermal Keratoplasty

Research Experiences:

Basic research on the key issues of visual function recovery for blindness towards visual prosthesis based on multi-electrode stimulation of optic nerve in Institute for Laser Medicine & Bio-Photonics, SJTU, supported by the National Basic Research Program of China (Grant No. 2005CB724302) 2006.4-2007.3

Current Research Projects:
The micro-mechanical and structural properties of callus tissue during bone healing
