Energy-dispersive X-ray scattering at films on solid and liquid support

Installed at the bending magnet beamline 13-2 the and exploiting white synchrotron radiation in spectral range of 5 < E < 25 keV the apparatus can be used to investigate thin organic films on solid and liquid support. By means of an energy-dispersive detector one can investigate the three-dimensional structure of these films and induced structural changes with time resolution of a few seconds.
