Leica EM UC Enuity Ultramicrotome

Used for preparing ultrathin sections for high-resolution imaging and analysis.

The system enables precise sectioning at room temperature using diamond knives and trimming blades.

Applications:
• Preparation of ultrathin sections (typically 70–100 nm, achievable down to ~40 nm) for TEM, SEM, AFM, and light microscopy
