Curriculum Vitae
Yifan Zhang is a PhD student in the Department of Sustainable and Bio-inspired Materials, headed by Prof. Silvia Vignolini, at the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces.
Yifan Zhang obtained his master’s degree in science at University of British Columbia in 2023, under the supervision of Prof. Feng Jiang. During his master, he primarily focused on cellulose based functional aerogel and hydrogel. He is currently working on Cellulose Nanocrystal Self-Assembly & Structure color.
