The User Help Desk (UHD) is the first place to go if you need help with:
- Windows-based PCs
- Windows-based Notebooks
- Poster prints
You will find the UHD in room K-0.155 (ground floor). From Monday to Thursday from 8.00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Friday 4:00 p.m.) you are welcome to ask for help.
In case of any problems with hard- and software please send an email to: it-support@mpikg.mpg.de or use the "TroubleTicket" Tool.
