Forschung

The research interests of the group can be roughly subdivided into three main -- sometimes overlapping -- categories.

In the framework of Statistics, Data analysis & Methods we were concerned with finding signals or patterns in the data and developing our own tools to analyze data. In Modeling & Theory we were concerned with the theoretical understanding of some processes and with the underlying mathematical aspects of the modeling. In Biology & Biophysics the specific biological questions and experimental methods stand on the foreground.

Current research projects are based on the application of artificial intelligence methods to modeling, classification, regression and statistics.

The publications listed below come from the research activity since 2015. Some publications are listed under more than one category.
