Safematic CCU-010

The CCU-010 Compact Coating Unit is designed to coat substrates with thin, electrically conductive films, for example, for subsequent imaging of substrates in an electron microscope with high magnification and high resolution. The unit can also be used to apply metallic films or thin carbon coatings to substrates for other applications. The device has a glow discharge unit, for example, to clean sample surfaces or to make carbon-carrying coatings hydrophilic.
